Macro OEM Timeline
1. Design Finalization
We begin by collecting your initial or final designs, patterns with technical specifications, or a physical sample. A development fee is charged for this phase. We will collaborate closely to finalize all key product details including materials, colors, construction, packaging, and any special requirements.
2. Prototyping & Quotation
Once design details are confirmed, we provide a formal quote based on your desired quantity or minimum order requirement (MOQ). All pricing is quoted FOB Irvine, which includes ocean freight and customs duties. If the pricing is approved, we proceed to prototype development. Prototypes typically take 7–30 days, depending on complexity. We encourage you to thoroughly test the prototype to ensure it meets your expectations in both quality and function.
3. Order Placement & Production
Once the prototype is approved, production begins with a signed Purchase Order and a down payment. A final confirming sample is provided before mass production. Production and shipment typically require 90–120 days from sample approval, depending on the season and factory capacity.
