Macro 3D spacer fabric is broken down into three main layers: our spacer upper and backer polyester fabric layers sandwich a polyester filament yarn layer to make up our spacer fabric. While Macro 3D spacer fabric is broken down into three main layers, it is woven as one cohesive fabric. There is no gluing or laminating of layers, instead our spacer layers are intricately woven together on high tech, high performance knitting machines to produce the best results at varying thicknesses (currently offering 1mm-5mm for regular stock.  Thicker options available for custom orders).  The surface layers of our 3D spacer material can also be made in both a flat matte finish as well as a mesh hole pattern to suit our customers’ aesthetic needs.
