Jersey Fabrics + Neoprene

Developed to provide products with a soft smooth feel, colorful and durability. Nylon and polyester series fabrics are chemical resistant, elastic and low moisture content (4.5%), and most economical among all fabrics.

Fabric Type Applications
N: Nylon For all types of sport products
Y: Polyester Polyester has excellent Ultraviolet fastness that makes flourescent and bright color available. UL approved: BUP and BUN laminated on L foam in the thickness of 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm.
L: Polytuff A finer and tighter woven polyester, lighter weight then Duopoly, for lamination of a lighter color onto black neoprene foam.
DP: Duopoly Duoploy is developed especially for lighter or flourescent color fabrics to be laminated onto black neoprene foam
SL: Spanflex (lycra) For all types of sports products.
Spanflex provides a shiny and colorful finish as well as a very comfortable stretchness.

Stretch Fabrics + Neoprene

Our range of super stretch fabrics (with SPANDEX) is soft, smooth, durable and highly elastic. It is designed to increase freedom of movement and to achieve high product performance.

Fabric Type Applications
TR: Trispan For area of products requiring extreme flexibility and TR gives the fabric the best 3D dimension.
GX: Xtend For area of products requiring extreme flexibility. It is the finest, thinnest and least snag-friendly of the stretch fabrics.
IS: Innospan For area of products requiring extreme flexibility. It has the highest density and the best memory for elasticity of the stretch fabrics.
FHA & FHY: Neospan For area of products requiring extreme flexibility and is the most snag-friendly of the stretch fabrics.

Thermo Jersey + Neoprene

Our Thermal jersey helps to keep warm and comfortable therefore is the most ideal to be used on the inside of products.

Fabric Type Applications
PW: Stretch Plush For use on the inside of suits, orthopedic and sport support products.
GF: G7 Flex For use on the inside of suits, super stretch with a loop finish for softer feel against the skin.
FE: Fleece For use inside of suits, ski suits, wind breakers and boots.

Plush and Brush Fabrics + Neoprene

Plush and fleece’s heat conductivity coefficient is low, thus keeps warm and comfortable, ideal for use on the inside of products. Moreover, the loop makes the plush thicker and give a softer feel.

PB: Hyper Plush Our standard plush fabric, for use inside of suits and boots.
PS: New Plush For use inside of suits, boots, ski mask and windbreakers.
PX: Fine Plush For use inside of suits, orthopedic and sport support products.

Velcro Fabrics + Neoprene

Our velcro fabrics are designed for velcro closure and the most ideal for orthopedic and sport support products directly used with a velcro hook- the hook can land anywhere it eliminates/reduces the need for sizes.

VD: Velcro Plush Hook (velcro) engagable, unbroken loop- for orthpedic support products of the highest quality.
VL: Looptex Plush Hook (velcro) engagable, unbroken loop- for sport support products in general.
VP: Velvet Plush Hook (velcro) engagable, unbroken loop- for general products.

Abrasion-Resistant Fabrics + Neoprene

We produce all kinds of abrasion resistant fabrics with high tenacity, abrasion and chemical resistant to prolong the life of the product.

Fabric Type Applications
SD: Small Diamond For wet suits, dry suits and boots and on all abrasion-resistant applications.
PY: Poly PK For wet suits, dry suits and boots and on all abrasion-resistant applications.
AX: Powertex Mostly used as reinforcement panel on products. Finer finish than Supratex.
AB: Supratex Mostly used as reinforcement panel on products.
AM: Armortex Containes Kevlar. Provides the highest durability.
